These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all enquiries and services provided via the website eliteredseatravel.com. These include, in particular, private transfers in the Hurghada region and the arrangement of services provided by external partners.
At the customer’s request, Elite Red Sea Travel LLC arranges contact with officially registered partner companies, for example for excursions to Cairo, Luxor or maritime activities. These providers operate independently in both legal and commercial terms. Contracts for these services are concluded exclusively between the customer and the respective partner.
Elite Red Sea Travel LLC acts solely as an intermediary and does not assume the role of an organiser.
Private transfers are organised on request. Depending on the size of the group, these are provided either by an English-speaking driver or via a partner provider with their own vehicle. The transfers are intended solely for the agreed journey between the pick-up point and the destination.
Bookings can be made via our website, by telephone or via WhatsApp. Once confirmed, the transfer is considered a binding reservation.
Transfer services must be paid for in advance by cashless means. We accept digital payment methods such as Wise, Revolut or SEPA bank transfers.
Cash payments are only possible at your own risk with the relevant partner on site and are not part of our service offering.
As we reserve fixed capacity for your transfers and excursions and obtain official permits, we charge a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation by the customer. This is generally 80 per cent of the booking price. Only 20 per cent of the amount will be refunded. In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the trip, the entire entitlement to a refund is forfeited (100 per cent cancellation fee).
Weather conditions, external factors or organisational reasons may lead to changes at short notice. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and, where appropriate, offer a rebooking or a free cancellation.
Elite Red Sea Travel LLC is liable only in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence in connection with its own booking or transfer services. We accept no liability for external services provided by partner companies. These providers act on their own responsibility.
All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and cooperative manner. In the event of serious misconduct, we reserve the right to terminate a service without refund.
Personal data will be used exclusively for the processing and handling of enquiries and transfer services. It will only be disclosed to persons or service providers directly involved. Please refer to our privacy policy for further details.
The law of the State of Wyoming, USA, shall apply, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in a Member State of the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence shall remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
